All quotes provided by Bettr are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or delivery timelines until confirmed by Bettr.

Orders are not considered finalized until payment has been received and acknowledged by Bettr.

3. Custom Design Approval

Many Bettr products include custom branding, sponsor logos, school colors, or other personalized design elements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins. Once a proof has been approved, Bettr is not responsible for errors including but not limited to spelling, logo placement, colors, sizing, or other design details approved by the customer.

4. Production Timelines

Production timelines vary based on order volume, customization requirements, and material availability.

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bettr is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bettr is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers after products leave our facility. Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Bettr accepts approved payment methods through our website, invoicing system, or authorized payment processors.

Failure to make payment may result in order delays or cancellation.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a refund, less any design, administrative, or processing fees incurred. Bettr reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

8. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using Bettr products safely and as intended. Bettr is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, negligence, or failure to follow recommended use guidelines.

9. Limited Warranty

Bettr products are built using durable, commercial-grade materials and craftsmanship. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, customers must notify Bettr within a reasonable period after delivery.

Bettr reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise remedy any verified manufacturing defect at its discretion. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, modifications, and improper storage are not covered under warranty.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, graphics, logos, videos, and marketing materials created by Bettr remain the property of Bettr unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers retain ownership of logos, trademarks, and branding assets they provide.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, or materials.

Bettr's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or order.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Bettr is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving text messages.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-enroll.
